“ Indian Spice is a newly opened restaurant in Pickerington and the first dedicated Indian spot in the area, unlike the many Nepali places that serve Indian dishes. We visited during a weekday lunch, and it wasn’t busy. The vibe was pleasant, and the host was friendly. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and while the taste was good, it wasn’t amazing—but we’ll definitely return to explore more of the menu. Portion sizes felt more like a high-end restaurant, which worked for us since we’re not big eaters. The bar looked great, though we opted for a table. The interior design and decor were impressive, adding to the experience. This seems like a must-try spot, and we’re curious to see how it holds up on a second visit. Based on the three items we tried, the flavors leaned a bit mild, but we’ll see! ”
“ It's greatest restaurant in the world. I love to eating Indian food in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Poland, Spain and here. ”
“ One of the best food places in the greater Columbus area. Their service and food both was great. A huge variety of vegetarian options. Highly recommended ”
“ Wonderful hospitality and incredibly flavorful Nepali food! The spice level was just right — exactly what I crave. The biryani portion was a bit small, but overall a 5/5 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! Love it ”
“ As someone who’s very picky this Indian food place is great! Reena, our server was amazing! She seated us quickly and was efficient, polite with taking our order - it was me and my boyfriend’s first time at this place but definitely recommend this spot over many. It’s quiet, cute, beautiful decor and seating- with remarkable staff not to mention the nan bread was to die for: If you stop by this location- ask for Reena! This place needs to be put out there if you’re in the area.. stop by! ”
“ Due to my likeliness for spicy food, I usually am picky. While most of the spice food in India is from southern states, northern Indian food is found to be very good on grilled and oven food. This restaurant though owned by northern Indians, it’s found have a good mix of both south and north style cooking. I have ordered Hyderabad Chicken Biryani, Chicken 65, and Poori with Aloo Masala (Spice levels high). Below are my ratings of each food. Hyderabad Chicken Biryani - 4/5 Chicken 65 - 4.5/5 Poori & Aloo - Poori - 5/5, Aloo - 3/5 Chefs have done a commendable job in retaining the original taste of these foods. Love it and recommend it. Attendees were very polite and smiling all the time. Has a good conversation. Interiors and ambience was maintained clean and well. ”
“ The best Indian restaurant i’ve had in a long time! Everyone is always so sweet and very welcoming, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is beyond! The best chili paneer i’ve ever had & the chicken tikka masala is to die for. I’m Indian myself and this food is honestly some of the best i’ve ever had! ”
“ We really liked Indian Spice. We went for lunch and were greeted right away and they showed us to our seats. Staff were very attentive and checked on to see how we were enjoying everything. Food was hot, and very flavorful. Our lunch was more expensive but that is not a reflection of their prices, we over indulged. Please give this restaurant a try. We need more places / choices of places to eat in Pickerington. ”
